HOW DOES IT WORK?

Below you can find the general process of the online coaching. Although there will almost always be small tweaks and changes since everyone I coach is very different from each other. If you have any questions just send me a message through the contact page!

1. APPLICATION

You will start by filling out a application at the bottom of this page. You will fill in information like what your goals are, your previous training background, what equipment you have access to etc.

2. CHOOSE GOALS

Once I have received your application I will take a look at the information you provided and I will then propose some suggestions on what goals you should work on, we will then agree on which goals to use.

3. PRE TESTING

You will start by performing a number of exercises that is going to test your strength and mobility. You will film these exercises and send them over to me, I will then use these to put together the program

4. PROGRAM DESIGN

Once you have sent me the videos of the test workout I will begin to create your program. I will create a program according to the goals you sent to me. The workout program will be designed and delivered within a week.

5. CONSULTING

When you have received the workout program you can consult with me about potential changes to the program, questions about the approach or the exercises etc. I will then make some finishing touches to the program.

6. CHECK INS

Throughout the online coaching you will have access to support from me through the online coaching platform. We will do weekly or monthly check ins to make sure everything is working and if we need to make any changes.
